FAQ - How do I update Internet Explorer Web Browser settings?

Question

How do I update Internet Explorer Web Browser settings?

Answer

To receive maximum performance from your web browser, please check your web browser settings:

  1. On your web browser, go to Tools>Internet Options>General Tab.

  2. Under the Temporary Internet Files area, click on Settings.

  3. Select Every Visit to the Page and click OK.

  4. Back under the Temporary Internet Files area, click on Delete Files and select Delete all offline content and click OK.

  5. Once this is completed, close your web browser and reopen it.

By making this setting change, you are ensuring that no matter what web page your are visiting, you are always pulling a fresh page and not a page that your web browser has stored in history.
